Children’s & Youth Coordinator

Charity Lutheran Church is seeking a Children’s & Youth Coordinator to minister to youth (grades Nursery-12) and families.  Charity is an energetic, visionary, and growing congregation with a passion for discipleship and bringing all generations into relationship with Jesus Christ through Biblical truths. The children’s and youth coordinator will assist in developing and organizing a relational youth ministry while working in a team environment to accomplish youth ministry objectives, including oversight of youth volunteers, programming, and events.  You’ll be a good fit for this opportunity if you:

• Can demonstrate a clear calling to children’s and youth ministry

• Carry an attitude of servant-leadership in organizing volunteers

• Are a strong team player

• Can see the big picture of how this ministry fits into the overall mission and vision of Charity Lutheran
