Baptisms at Charity

Are you interested in having your child or yourself baptized at Charity? Please fill out the baptism request form below and a staff member will be in contact with you to confirm the availability of your choice of date and time. This is not a guarantee that the date you selected is available. It may take up to 7 days to receive confirmation, as we require all scheduled events to be brought forth at weekly staff meetings before approval.

Baptisms are not scheduled during services with communion on the first and third Sundays of each month. Baptisms may be scheduled following services on those weeks.
