Confirmations at Charity

Are you or your child ready to publicly affirm your faith? Please fill out the form below and a Charity staff member will contact you to confirm the availability of your choice of date and time. This is not a guarantee that the date you selected is available. It may take up to 7 days to receive confirmation from staff, as we require all scheduled events to be brought forth at weekly staff meetings before approval.

Confirmations are not scheduled during services with communion on the first and third Sundays of each month.
