The Amazing Grays will meet on September 10 at 6:00 p.m. for a catered dinner. Sister Kathleen Atkinson with Ministry on the Margins will be speaking.

Ministry on the Margins is a volunteer-based ecumenical ministry committed to supporting those who fall through the cracks during times of transition. They offer hospitality and coffee, a food pantry, prison-to-society support, an ecumenical Christian worship service, and many other ministries every week. Coffee House is open nightly from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. as a place of safety and rest.

We would like to make some donations and Sister Kathleen suggested “Soaps and Socks”. (Soaps – dish, laundry, shampoo, cleaning; Socks – especially adult but kids are appreciated too). We will have containers available at church where we can deposit any items that are brought and we can send them with Sister Kathleen after our program.
