Youth Ministries Director
Sam Coleman
I am so glad to be the Youth Pastor at Charity Lutheran Church. God is great and Charity's youth are awesome!

What with Ski Trips to Red Lodge, Big Sky, and Bottineau; Mission Trips to Guatemala (God's Child Project), New York, Monterrey, Mexico, and Minneapolis, MN; along with awesome family adventures, FUNdraising, and learning about the Lord through WOW, Confirmation, Rock Solid, SNW, Monday Night Senior Bible Study, and Crossfire monthly, there are amazing things that are happening here at Charity.
This is an adventure that never stops and it is great to see the mighty acts of God taking place here.If you had told me twenty, ten, or even five years ago, that I would be experiencing this, I would have said, "No way!" but God is good all the time and He is guiding and directing Charity's Youth Ministry in an amazing way.
To tell you a little more about myself, I was born and raised here in Bismarck, ND, and am the oldest of two beautiful sisters and three awesome brothers. My parents, John and Ruth Coleman, home-schooled me from 4th grade through high school. Then I attended a school in Michigan for two years. After that, I went to BSC for two years and then moved to Minneapolis, MN, and attended a small Seminary and art school.
I moved back home in December of 2003 and have since been married to my lovely and awesome wife Sarah, and live in Mandan, (The Right side of the River) and enjoy hanging out with youth, kids, and families; hunting, fishing, riding horses, playing hockey and soccer, hiking, camping, canoeing, and everything else that has to do with the outdoors. I consider myself to be blessed to be here at Charity and pray God will guide Charity and it's youth program in reaching our community, our country, and our world with the Great Gospel of Jesus Christ.
