Policies

Charity Lutheran has a Safety Policy, a Response Plan, and a Van Policy - you may read these and download them in PDF format as of August 2007.

Worship Opportunities

Youth and young adults participate in weekly praise and worship and in their own outreach programs and ministries. Check out our youth vocalists and instrumentalists in the Wednesday Night Charity Praise Band. Youth also perform during festival orchestra and choral worship for holidays and special events. 

Parents: Great ways to be involved:

Call 258-1228

Small group leader: Get actively involved in the lives of youth and invest time and encouragement in their growth in the Lord. Leaders needed for Rock Solid (Wednesdays 7:30 pm) and Crossfire (Wednesdays - 6:00 pm)

Greeting team: Greet youth at Crossfire, WOW or Rock Solid and make them feel welcome.

Activity and planning team: Organize and plan fundraisers, outdoor trips (skiing, hiking, fishing, canoeing), fun activities (games, icebreakers); dinners (Progressive dinners, fundraisers); community service; worship services, drama teams.

Bible study leader: Willing to lead a Bible study for Sunday School, Monday Night Girl's, Monday Night Guys.

Prayer team: Willing to come together before the Charity meal at 5:00 pm or other events to pray

Calling team: Willing to call youth on a regular basis for events and followup

School visiting team: Willing to invest in youth by visiting Horizon School on Tuesdays; Century, Shiloh or BHS on Thursdays.
